I've added below my emails with Bill. Please excuse my scribbling on them, some are from 2000 when I printed them, and others are from my conversation on 03/02/2020 with Paula K. Eastham. Some of his information is slightly inaccurate (such as where he says "Your dad," but really meant Lester... etc.)
